The Integrations module is designed to transform MyUniSpace into a true unified command center. Don't spread your attention: connect your third-party services.

🚀 Why connect your services?

Enabling integrations unlocks powerful cross-functional features within the MyUniSpace ecosystem:

• Bidirectional Calendar Sync: Your Google Calendar and Outlook (M365) events automatically sync with UniCalendar. Any change made in MyUniSpace is reflected on your original calendar, and vice versa.

• Connected Artificial Intelligence: Your files stored on Google Drive or OneDrive become directly accessible in Insight AI. You can request a live analysis of an external document without having to download and reupload it.

• Universal File Access: Find and share your external documents seamlessly within UniCloud and your UniChat conversations.

☁️ Compatible Services

From the integrations panel, you can connect the following services:

• Google Calendar: For calendar synchronization.

• Google Drive: For file import and analysis.

• M365 Calendar (Microsoft): For Outlook calendar synchronization.

• OneDrive: For access to your Microsoft files.

⚙️ How to set up an integration?

1. Go to Settings, Integrations section.

2. Click on the service you want to link (e.g., Google Drive or M365 Calendar).

3. An authentication window will open (Google or Microsoft). Sign in to your account.

4. Authorize access: You must accept the requested permissions (calendar read/write, file access) for synchronization to work.

🔒 Security and Restrictions

• Full control: You can revoke access and disconnect from a service at any time from the same page.

• Work / Organization Accounts: If you use a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account provided by a company or school, the administrator may have restricted access to third-party apps. If the connection fails, check permissions with your network administrator.
