UniNote is MyUniSpace's note-taking tool. It enables writing, organizing, collaborating, and sharing your notes easily, both internally and externally.

📌 Main features

✍️ Write and format your notes

In the editor, you can:

• structure your text (headings, lists, basic formatting),

• add clickable links,

• embed YouTube videos (embed),

• insert media by pasting or embedding a link.

📁 Note organization

The left column displays your notes:

• Pinned

• Today

• This week

A search bar allows you to quickly find content.

👥 Team collaboration

You can work with others on a note:

1. Open a note.

2. In the right panel → Add a member.

3. Enter the collaborator's MyUniSpace email.

Added members can view and edit the note in real time.

💡 Useful for collaborating on a document, preparing a project, or writing meeting minutes.

🌍 Public sharing of a note

You can make a note publicly visible to share it with:

• your clients,

• your community,

• an external team.

To enable the public link:

1. Open a note.

2. In the right panel → Enable public link.

3. Copy the URL and share it wherever you want.

You can disable the link at any time.

💡 Ideal for publishing a procedure, a tutorial, a reference document, or a guide.

📤 Export & options

In the right panel, you will find:

• Duplicate the note : create a copy (e.g. reusable template).

• Export as PDF : download the note as a PDF document.

• Pin the note : keep it always at the top of your list.
