Take your workspace with you everywhere. The mobile version of MyUniSpace is designed to let you follow your projects and communicate with your team, wherever you are.

🚀 Access and Installation

You have two options to access MyUniSpace on your smartphone or tablet:

1. Via the Android app The official app is available for direct download on the Google Play Store. It offers an instant native experience.

2. Via the Browser (Web App / PWA) You can turn the website into a native app on iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android without going through a store. This removes the browser address bar for full immersion.

• The URL is the same as on desktop: univers.myunispace.com

• On iOS (Safari): Tap the share button (square with an upward arrow), scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen."

• On Android (Chrome): Tap the three dots at the top right, then select "Add to Home screen" or "Install app."

🔔 Enable Notifications

To avoid missing any urgent UniChat messages or project reminders, you must allow "Web Push" notifications.

• Once the app is added to the home screen, launch it.

• During your first interaction (click or navigation), your phone will ask for permission. Click Accept or Allow.

• Insight AI: Ask your intelligent assistant verbally or by text.

• UniFlow: Track the progress of tasks and projects.

• UniNote: View and edit your quick notes.

• UniChat: Chat in real time with your teams.

• UniTransfer, UniLink & UniPrivacy: Available for your sharing and link management.

• Settings: Basic management of your profile.

⚠️ Limitations (Desktop Version Required)

For usability and technical complexity reasons, some heavy configuration actions require a computer. The following modules are not yet supported on mobile:

• ❌ UniCloud & UniCalendar: Full file and calendar management.

• ❌ Integrations Page: Connecting external accounts (Google/Microsoft).

• ❌ Administration: Creation and management of organizations.

💡 Tips for Mobile Use

• Voice Dictation: Use your phone's keyboard to dictate your prompts to Insight AI or your reports in UniNote instead of typing.

• Dark Mode: The mobile interface is optimized for dark mode, which saves your device's battery while on the go.

• Quick Navigation: Use the bottom navigation bar to instantly switch between your favorite tools without returning to the main menu.
