📌UniFlow

UniFlow is the collaborative project management tool integrated into MyUniSpace. It allows you to organize your tasks, track project progress and collaborate effectively with your teams.

By accessing UniFlow, you arrive at the general view of projects. You will find there:

  • The total number of projects and their status (in progress, completed, urgent).

  • Your project list with for each:

    • A description,

    • The number of members,

    • The number of completed tasks,

    • A due date,

    • A visual progress percentage.

👉 This page allows you to keep a clear and quick overview of your ongoing projects.


➕ Create a project

To start a new project:

  1. Click on “New project”.

  2. Enter the essential information:

    • Project name,

    • Description,

    • Deadline (due date).

  3. Invite members to join the project.

    • If you are in an organization, member suggestions will appear automatically.

    • Invited members receive a notification that they must accept to join the project.


✅ Task management

Each project contains a task board organized into columns:

  • Pending,

  • To do,

  • In progress,

  • Under review,

  • Done.

Each task can be customized with:

  • A title,

  • A detailed description,

  • Attached images or documents,

  • A priority,

  • Attached assigned members,

  • A due date.

👉 A progress bar at the top of the screen shows you the overall progress of the project.


✏️ Creating or editing a task

By clicking on a task (or creating a new one), you access its management panel. You can then:

  • Enter a title and a description,

  • Attach files or images,

  • Assign the task to one or more members,

  • Set a deadline,

  • Track theprogress and move the task between columns according to its status.


⚙️ Customize your workflow

UniFlow adapts to your way of managing projects. You can modify the columns of the task board to match your organization:

  • Rename a column : give it a name that better reflects your working method (e.g. “In validation” → “To test”).

  • Change a column's color : assign a color code to more easily identify the progress status.

  • Delete a column : if a step is not useful in your flow, you can remove it.

  • Add new columns : create your own steps to customize task tracking according to your needs.

👉 This flexibility allows you to have a board perfectly adapted to your way of working, whether you are in agile, kanban, or traditional project management mode.


👥 Collaboration and notifications

  • Each action (deadlines, project invitation…) generates a notification for the members concerned.

  • Members can accept an invitation directly from their notifications.

  • Organizations benefit from automatic suggestions of internal collaborators to speed up project setup.
