πŸ“€ Add and manage your files

1 Upload a file

  • Click the "Add a file" button at the top of the page.

  • Select a file from your device.

  • The upload starts with a progress bar showing the transfer status.

2 Organize your files

  • Create a folder : Click "New folder" to structure your space.

  • Move a file : Drag and drop a file into a folder.

  • Rename or delete : Click it to edit or delete a file/folder.

3 Download a file

  • Click a file to open it or select "Download" from the context menu.

4 Delete a file

  • Click the file and select "Delete".

  • Warning: Deletion is permanent.


🀝 Shared Cloud: work in a team, simply

UniCloud lets you collaborate easily with your team thanks to the Shared Cloud space.

Each organization has its own shared space, accessible to all its members. You can drop files there, organize folders, or collaborate in real time without having to juggle multiple accounts or tools.

All members of your organization have access to the Shared Cloud, according to their roles :

  • πŸ”’ Administrator : full access, modify rights, manage folders and files.

  • πŸ“ Editor : can add, edit, delete files.

  • πŸ‘οΈ Viewer : read-only access to files and folders.

Rights are defined by administrators via the organization management page.

πŸ”„ Switch between your personal Cloud and the Shared Cloud

At the top of the UniCloud interface, a switch allows you to navigate easily between:

  • Your Personal Cloud

  • The Shared Cloud space of your organization

A single click is enough to change context and collaborate effectively.
