UniOffice is the powerful office suite integrated into MyUniSpace, powered by our partner ONLYOFFICE. It allows you to create, edit and collaborate on documents.

☁️ Creating and Accessing Documents

Access to UniOffice is done directly from your UniCloud storage space:

1. Go to the UniCloud tab.

2. Click the + button or "New File" at the top right.

3. Select the desired document type from the dropdown menu:

   • 📄 Document (Word processor)

   • 📊 Spreadsheet (Sheets)

   • 🖼️ Presentation (Slideshow)

   • 📁 Other formats (Code/Text editor)

🤝 Collaboration and Advanced AI

When you open a classic office document, the full UniOffice interface launches. It includes features tailored for teams:

• Real-time co-editing: Work together simultaneously on the same file. Your colleagues' cursors appear with their names (e.g.: Henry, Elizabeth) for precise tracking of changes.

• Built-in AI assistant: Use artificial intelligence features directly in the editor to generate text, correct grammar, or rephrase paragraphs.

• Review mode: Suggest edits without altering the original document thanks to change tracking.

🛠️ The Simple Editor (Code and Text)

If you choose the "Other formats" option when creating, MyUniSpace launches a lightweight, fast editor, ideal for developers or raw note-taking.

• Supported formats: Create files .txt, .html, .css, .json, etc.

• Flexibility: Set the file name and its exact location in your folders before creation.

📱 Mobile and Desktop Synchronization (WebDAV)

Prefer to work in locally installed software? Thanks to the WebDAV protocol, you can connect the official ONLYOFFICE apps (Desktop and Mobile) directly to your MyUniSpace cloud. Your local changes will be instantly saved to the server.

How to configure the connection?

1. Download the ONLYOFFICE app for your device (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android).

2. In the app, go to the Cloud section (or "Connect to cloud").

3. Choose the WebDAV option.

4. Fill in the following connection information:

   • Server address: https://univers.myunispace.com/webdav

   • Email: Your MyUniSpace login email address.

   • Password: Your MyUniSpace password.

5. Confirm. You now have access to all your UniCloud folders directly from your device.
